These terms are the agreement between you and Heskja Consulting for your use of HapMap. By using the app you accept them.
You must be at least 13 years old, or older where your country requires it, and able to enter into this agreement.
Keep your login secure and the information you give us accurate. You are responsible for activity on your account.

What you post is yours. To operate the service you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to store, display and transmit your content to the people it's meant for, for as long as it exists on HapMap. Photos and clips are ephemeral and expire.
You can report any content or person and block anyone, from inside the app. We review reports and may remove content or suspend accounts that break these terms. Reach the moderation team at contact@hapmap.no.
If you sign in with Apple or Facebook, their terms and privacy policies also apply to that sign-in.
You can delete your account and its data at any time from the profile screen. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms or to protect the community.
HapMap is provided “as is”. It is early software and may change or be unavailable. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties.
To the extent permitted by law, Heskja Consulting is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the service.
We may update these terms; material changes will be posted here. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of Norway, and disputes are subject to the ordinary Norwegian courts, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
Heskja Consulting operates HapMap and is the data controller.
